Hi, I’m Stretch (real names Andrew), and I’ve spent the past 14 years helping people transform their health, fitness, and mindset. As a personal trainer, health coach, and passionate advocate for longevity and healthspan, I’ve worked with elite athletes, busy professionals, and everyday individuals to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

But my journey hasn’t always been smooth.

Despite owning a successful gym business in London and thriving as a coach, I found myself trapped in a life that didn’t align with my values. High stress, toxic relationships, and endless hustle led me to physical and mental burnout—insomnia, adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, and a spiral into poor health.

I knew something had to change.

I moved back to Australia to embrace a healthier lifestyle by the beach, but my health challenges persisted until I sought help from an integrative doctor and immersed myself in health coaching through the Kresser Institute.

This experience not only restored my health but also ignited a deeper purpose: to help men in midlife navigate the unique challenges of this stage with clarity, strength, and balance.
