Having had the time to reflect on this summers events (2014), I must say how happy I am with the consistency and level at which I was able to perform at and of course the silver wear I was able to pick up along the way. Although there is still along way for me to go in my personal development to becoming a world class performer I can honestly say after many years of ups and downs I feel the gap is getting smaller.
I believe a lot of my success is due to the efforts and hard work of strength and conditioning coaches StreTch Rayner and Josh Schouten. I am very lucky to have a very well put together individual programme tailored to my personal needs, this has certainly made a massive difference in my performance this season. I can not put into words how important this is to me, your efforts are always noted and truly valued .
Stretch and Josh have helped me achieve great things this summer, without even realising it (well now you do). With that said , I must THANK YOU, not only for your time, energy and training expertise, but for being an important part of the journey ,this far . Let's keep the good times coming .
Best Wishes
